Filtrbox pricing is based on the number of users, and we provide unlimited use of the system to subscribers. No per-article or per-search charges that blow your budget! To get a quote, please contact our sales team.
What content sources does Filtrbox search?
Filtrbox searches millions of online news sources — from the New York Times to the Pitkin County Tribune — along with the entire blogosphere for new content. Filtrbox monitors Twitter, FriendFeed, Backtype and other social networks. You can even add your own sources via RSS. Learn more about our sources here.
I need to talk to a live person, what should I do?
Please open a help-desk ticket by clicking on the support link in Filtrbox (top right corner of the dashboard) or emailing support [at] filtrbox.com. Let us know you would like to talk to us live and provide your contact info. This helps us stay organized and provide you with better service.
Is there an API?
Yes! Filtrbox has a Beta API publicly available. Right now its "read-only" meaning you can retrieve your Filtrbox content but not add/edit Filtrs. Details are here. Your Filtrbox account credenials are required. If you want to use the API in a commercial application, please contact us.
